The HubSpot integration with Boxsy allows you to bring your CRM and sales pipeline data directly into your startup's operational dashboard—giving you real-time insights and streamlined reporting, all in one place.
Step 1: Sign In and Start Boxsy Onboarding
Go to https://app.boxsy.io/sign-in and log in to your account.
You'll first see the prompt:
"Tell us a little more about how you want to use Boxsy."
Select:
As a startup founder
Then click Continue.

Step 2: Complete Initial Onboarding (Required Before Integration)
To access integrations like HubSpot, you’ll need to complete a short onboarding flow that includes:
- Company Basics: Choose your industry, HQ location, incorporation status, entity type, and fiscal year end.
- Business Details: Indicate whether you're a SaaS business, define your customer type, and your billing model.
- Funding Stage: Select your most recent funding stage (Bootstrapped to Series B+).
- Headcount: Provide your team size and how it's distributed across functions.
- Operations Lead: Indicate who currently manages operations at your company.
- Financial Snapshot: Share basic numbers like MRR, monthly spend, cash on hand, and profit/loss.
Click Continue through each screen to proceed.
